The maximum overall length (see procedure below) of boats authorised to disembark/embark passengers within the Ports is :
- 9 meters for the Port Hercule, excepted at the Touch & Go area located between the refueling station and the Red Bull station where the maximum overall length goes to 12 meters.
- 12 meters for the Port of Fontvieille at the Touch & Go areas located at the end of pontoon A and on the floating pontoon set up for the occasion longside of pontoon A.
The price of the badge issued by SEPM is 600 € per tender, inclusive of tax.
Tenders for boats moored at the Quai des Etats-Unis are allowed to access the rear of the ships excluding during the race. The overall length of the vessel must not exceed 9 meters. They can also land passengers at the area designated above.
Passengers may only be dropped off in the Marina of the Yacht Club only if part of their guests.
No request shall be processed unless these documents are provided :
- Tender’s registration certificate,
- Sworn statement of actual overall length of the tender signed by the captain, the boat’s representative or charterer,
- Valid insurance certificate.
Procedure for measuring overall length of the boat
If there is any doubt about the length, an on-site check will be carried out. If the declared length is exceeded, the pass will be withdrawn immediately.
It is essential to make one application per boat, before Monday 13th May 2024.
Authorisation to berth does not exempt you from taking the necessary administrative steps with the relevant authorities.
