The maximum overall length of boats authorised to disembark/embark passengers within the Ports of Monaco is :
For Port Hercule :
- Less than 9.00 m for the entire port.
- Less than 12.00 m for the following Touch & Go areas :
- Refuelling station dock,
- REDBULL station (only reserved for tenders chartered by REDBULL),
- At the end of floating pontoon HX in front of the Harbour Master’s
Office,
- On the Monaco Ports Lounge pontoon (reserved for authorised
tenders only).
For the Port of Fontvieille :
- Less than 12.00 m for the Touch & Go areas located at the end of pontoon A
in front of the Harbour Master’s Office.
If there is any doubt about the length, an on-site check will be carried out. If the declared
length is exceeded, the pass will be withdrawn immediately.
The price of the pass issued by SEPM is 600 € per tender, including VAT.
Passengers may be dropped off at the stern of the boats moored at the Quai des Etats-Unis
excluding during the race.
Passengers may only be dropped off in the Marina of the Yacht Club if part of their guests.
It is mandatory to wear the kill cord when sailing in Monaco waters.
A second person able to assist the pilot MUST be on board to help with docking operations,
embarking and disembarking passengers. It is compulsory to wear an armband, which will be
given when collecting your tender pass at the Harbour Master's Office, so that the SEPM and
the authorities can identify them easily.
In case of non-compliance with these regulations, badges will be withdrawn immediately.
No request shall be processed unless these documents are provided :
- Tender’s registration certificate,
- Valid insurance certificate.
It is essential to make one application per boat, before Friday 2nd of May 2025
Authorisation to berth does not exempt you from taking the necessary administrative steps
with the relevant authorities.
